Constipation is a condition of the digestive system in which a person experiences hard feces that are difficult to expel.

Normally, Hormones and pressure from your growing uterus can make elimination sluggish. 

What May Help?:

Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grain breads, and cereals everyday. Drink more liquids. A glass of warm water before breakfast may help. Exercise regularly.
